Rates & Policies
PLEASE respect your neighbors and do not walk on their spaces without permission. Park ocupants must comply with all state, federal, and local laws.
- Check In: 12pm - 6pm (in person, Monday - Saturday)
2pm - 4pm (in person, Sunday) - Check Out: 12pm. If you will be needing a late checkout, please let us know and we can accommodate you.
- Quite Hours: 10pm - 7am. Stereo, television volume, and any other disturbing noises or activities must be controlled during these hours.
RV
Only one RV per site and tents are not allowed. RV must be 10 years old or newer, well maintained and in excellent overall condition. You may submit a photo if you need additional clarification. Absolutely no guest may wash their RV or other vehicles with on site water.
Neatness
Your space should be kept clean and free of refuse at all times. Boxes or unsightly items are not to be stored beneath your trailer. Park occupant is responsible for maintaining a clean site. There will be no fences, pens, or laundry lines allowed.
Garbage & Trash
Please keep a clean campsite. Park occupants are responsible for taking their trash to the garbage dumpsters provided by the park and indicated on the park map.
Parking
No parking on the streets. Guest must use designated parking areas. If your vehicle is parked in an undesignated parking area you will be fined or towed. Settlers Junction is not responsible for any fees.
Sewer Connection
State Law requires all connections to be watertight and clamped at both ends. Absolutely no discharging sewage wastewater or gray water is allowed on the ground. Sewer hookups are at each site.
Alcohol
Open alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the playground area, registration office, or in any restroom areas. No public drunkenness will be allowed.
Motorized
All motorized vehicles or utility devices are prohibited on the Property unless they are street legal.
Open Fires
Only approved charcoal grills and must be attended at all times. No open fire pits allowed at any time.
Firearms
No firearms, fireworks, or other air-projectiles are allowed in the park or any of the surrounding area.
Smoking
For our guest’s health and enjoyment, we are a non-smoking property. If you must smoke, please do so inside your RV.
Laundry
Open 24 hours, except for posted cleaning hours. Dish and utensil washing are not permitted in restrooms. Children are to be accompanied at all times in the restrooms. We keep our restrooms clean at all times, please do your part to keep them that way. Let us know of any condition requiring attention.
Rec. Equipment & Use
All Facilities are used at your own risk. Parents are responsible for the conduct and behavior of their children at all time. Children under the age of six are not to play in the playground unless supervised by an Adult. Playground shall be closed 30 minutes after sunset. Children are not allowed to play in the street, restrooms or other resident property or in any vacant sites and are to be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the restrooms, laundry room or playground.
Pets
Utah Dept. of Health prohibits all pets from running freely in the park. Pets are to be quiet, controlled and on a leash at all times. For your convenience, a pet walk area is provided. When walking your pet inside the park, please limit leash length to six feet. No kennels or pens are allowed. Pets are to be attended at all times. Pets are not allowed in the playground area except for “trained seeing eye dogs”. You MUST clean up after your pet(s) everywhere in the park, including your own site. Please carry a bag with you whenever you walk your pet. Dispose of it in a litter can or dumpster after placing it in a bag. “Excrement” is the owner’s responsibility to clean up. If you see a fellow pet owner not keeping within these rules, please report it to the office.
